Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform interior and exterior painting of district buildings and facilities. Prepare surfaces for painting, including scraping, sanding, patching, pressure washing, masking, caulking, priming, and cleanup. Operate and maintain painting tools, equipment, ladders, scaffolding, and related materials safely and effectively. Perform general maintenance and repair work, including minor carpentry, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and facility repairs. Assist with preventative maintenance and upkeep of district facilities and equipment.
