Fundraising Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a high-performing fundraising team, fostering a positive, collaborative and accountable culture.
• Continue to drive and deliver the fundraising strategy and annual plan.
• Use data and insights to inform decisions, track performance and optimise fundraising activity.
• Oversee integrated fundraising campaigns, working closely with communications and marketing teams and external partners.
• Manage budgets, forecasts and reporting, ensuring targets are met and resources are well used.
• Continue to build strong relationships with donors, partners and suppliers, supporting innovative fundraising approaches and long-term engagement.
• Strengthen systems and processes, including oversight of the donor database and continuous improvement initiatives.
