Fund Administration & Oversight Lead Analyst

Hybrid Position – Requires 3 days per week in Mexico City Office

Responsibilities

• Administer fund bank accounts, including payments processing and cash movements, ensuring timely execution and proper controls.
• Manage relationships with banks, custodians, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient fund operations.
• Oversee and monitor the performance of external service providers.
• Execute, validate, and settle client transactions through INDEVAL with accuracy and timely execution.
• Perform daily cash and securities reconciliations to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Book, confirm, and settle portfolio trades in compliance with operational requirements.
• Process and oversee shareholder transactions including subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and related corporate actions.
