Functional Oracle HCM Integration Specialist

ROLLING ARRAYS CONSULTING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is looking for a Functional Consultant to produce integration design documentation for Oracle HCM implementations. This role involves mapping HR data flows between Oracle HCM and third-party systems, supporting integration testing, and maintaining the interface inventory.

The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of experience in Oracle HCM with integration exposure, demonstrating the ability to produce complete IDDs and a working knowledge of the Oracle HCM data model.
