Functional Junior Manager

Role Purpose To oversee the entire operation of a warehouse, ensuring that inventory is received, stored, and distributed efficiently. The candidate's role is critical in maintaining productivity, optimizing workflows, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Responsibilities People (Performance & Development): to ensure that back up team members are trained, evaluated and signed off for all critical areas within the DC; ensuring solutions are provided on areas where KRA's are not met. Culture & Innovation: to set and maintain acceptable levels of performance within all areas of responsibilities as per Labor Standards; to participate in the ongoing development of a performance measurement framework.
