Fully Bilingual Flight Coordinator (In Office (Zapopan)

Job Summary

We are recruiting fully bilingual MEDEVAC flight coordinators with exceptional English communication skills to join our coordination team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise all aspects of flight operations.
• Prepare flight quotes and itineraries.
• Coordinate activity of 3rd party providers such as FBOs, fuel, hotels for crew on the road, etc.
• Coordinate interface with customs and immigration authorities, including preparation of relevant documentation.
• Always communicate politely, attentively, and effectively.
• Work 6 days a week, eight‑hour shift, and be available to work as part of a 24/7/365 operations team including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Experience Required

• 3 years experience in aviation in one of the following functions: flight coordination, flight operations, aviation customer service, aviation administration or logistics.
