- Ship new features every week and own central, complex components of the application
- Implement a scalable, stable, and user-friendly product to handle growth
- Collaborate with experienced engineers in design, development, and maintenance
- Drive the product roadmap by turning rough specs into features
- Find elegant solutions to usability problems
Requirements
- Experience designing and maintaining complex, large, or growing systems
- Ability to identify edge cases, failure modes, bottlenecks, and migrations during code reviews
- Passion for debugging and finding root causes of production issues
- Proactive mindset to fix broken components or suggest improvements
- Commitment to best practices and software testing
