Responsibilities

• Teaching Junior High Social Studies and Language Arts

Qualifications

• Have a valid Alberta Teaching Certificate
• Have successful Junior High teaching experience
• Have experience and knowledge of best practices in primary education
• Have classroom practice focused on a student‑centered approach to instruction and teacher‑student relationships
• Effective organization and classroom management
• Collaborative collegial relationships, literacy and numeracy programming, support and intervention
