Full-Time Strategic Development Advisor in Sri Lanka

This full-time assignment lasts 4 to 6 months and is open to Canadian citizens and permanent residents. You will focus on improving strategic planning, governance, and organizational systems within the Institute for Development of Community Strengths (INDECOS) in Matara. This role includes mentoring INDECOS staff, establishing funding opportunities, and applying a gender equality lens across all programs.
