Full-Time Mental Wellness Counsellor Role

Enhance mental wellness in Indigenous communities as a Mental Wellness Brief Services Counsellor. This full-time position focuses on culturally appropriate assessment and counseling for adults aged 18 and over.
You will provide services under the Mental Wellness Manager’s guidance at Atikameksheng Anishnawbek, Serpent River, and Mississauga First Nations. Key requirements include a BSW or MSW, two years of related experience, and the ability to deliver traditional and clinical care. Your strengthened skills in mental health advocacy will foster community wellness through effective care planning and support.
