Become an integral part of PLEA Community Services as a Full-Time HR Generalist. This role focuses on employee wellness, leave management, and serving as a first contact for HR-related inquiries.
As a key member of the HR team, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring high-quality service and adherence to the Collective Agreement. You will engage with managers and employees to provide HR guidance while managing documentation related to employee life-cycle events. Your expertise will be invaluable in fostering a supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily HR department operations
• Serve as the first point of contact for HR inquiries
• Draft, develop, and maintain HR documentation
• Lead workplace investigations and support managers
• Administer employee wellness and leave programs
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• Four years of HR experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
