Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes
• Supervise kitchen staff and helpers efficiently
• Order supplies and maintain inventory records
• Inspect kitchens and ensure food safety standards
• Clean kitchen and work areas as needed
Requirements:
• Valid Food Safety Certificate required
• Experience with Kosher, East Indian, and West Indian cuisine
