Job Title: Full-Stack Local SEO & AI Search Specialist (not an agency)
Location: Hybrid – Bogota, Colombia (In-person 1-2 days per week, remote the rest of the week)
Position Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Language Requirement: 100% Fluent in English. You must be able to speak naturally, read, and write in fluent English.
Company Context: We are a real estate wholesaling company in Portland, Oregon (USA), called Better Off Home Buyers. Our goal is to completely dominate our local market and be the top choice for motivated house sellers looking to sell their properties quickly. We are a small company with 7 years of existence, and we are number 3-4 in our local market. We need your help to get us to #1.
