- Define technical vision, architecture direction, and engineering best practices for product development
- Manage and mentor engineers, team leads, and senior developers/QA engineers
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of software products, ensuring quality, scalability, and performance
- Collaborate with product, design, and business stakeholders to align technical execution with roadmap priorities
