PathGen is building a pathogen intelligence platform to help researchers, policymakers, and public health teams make faster, better decisions about infectious disease threats. We combine genomic data, contextual information, and interactive analytics to support earlier detection, clearer interpretation, and more effective response. PathGen is being developed as a digital public good with a strong focus on Asia and global health security.
About this role PathGen is seeking a
Full Stack Engineer
for a full-time hybrid role based in Singapore, with flexibility for partial remote work. This role is for an engineer who is comfortable building across both backend and frontend systems. You will work on product features end to end, from API design and data models through to user-facing applications and interactive analytics.
