Full-Stack Developer(React & Ruby on Rails)

About the role

We're looking for a motivated full-stack developer to join our on-site team in Okara. You'll work on real production features, building React frontends, Rails APIs, and everything in between. This is a hands‑on role with direct mentorship and room to grow fast.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain features across a React frontend and Ruby on Rails backend
• Write clean, RESTful API endpoints and integrate them with frontend components
• Work with PostgreSQL, write migrations, queries, and understand basic indexing
• Collaborate on code reviews, daily standups, and sprint planning
• Debug production issues and participate in root cause analysis
• Write basic tests (RSpec) for the features you ship
