Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy AI-powered workflows, internal tools, assistants, and platform capabilities
- Identify opportunities for AI integration across leadership, product, and operations teams
- Build agentic workflows and multi-step reasoning systems
- Develop intelligent onboarding, support systems, and knowledge retrieval tools
- Integrate AI across platform operations and customer workflows to create operational leverage
