Fulfilment Warehouse Coordinator

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Fulfilment Warehouse Coordinator to join our warehouse team.

1. Order Management & Processing

• Monitor incoming orders via the Warehouse Management System (WMS) or ERP.
• Prioritize shipments based on urgency, shipping methods, and cut‑off times.
• Generate pick lists, packing slips, and shipping labels.
• Assist with loading and unloading of goods.

2. Inventory Control

• Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile physical stock with system records.
• Identify and report stock discrepancies or damaged goods.
• Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure stock levels are maintained for high‑demand items.
• Ensure accurate labelling and stock arrangement for easy retrieval.
