Job Title Fulfilment Clerk (Warehouse Management System) Department: Warehouse & Outbound Logistics Reports To: Dispatch Associate Location: Kiambu County Job Purpose The Fulfilment Clerk is responsible for coordinating all outbound order fulfilment activities within the HighJump Warehouse Management System (WMS) from order release to loading preparation. The role ensures customer orders are accurately grouped into vehicle loads, released for picking, monitored throughout the picking process, and prepared for dispatch through proper staging identification and dock allocation. The Fulfilment Clerk acts as the operational control point linking Warehouse Operations, Transport, Dispatch, Inventory, Security and Customer Service to ensure every shipment is delivered accurately, efficiently and on time.
