Fulfillment Specialist (Reliever)

Job Description

The Fulfillment Specialist Reliever is responsible for successfully closing donor and new sponsor acquisitions by delivering exceptional customer service and support across multiple communication channels, including phone, SMS, email, social media, web chat, and messaging applications. He/she ensures a seamless and engaging onboarding experience, providing donors and sponsors with a positive and memorable start to their sponsorship journey while building trust and long-term engagement.

This is a fixed-term post for two months based in Quezon City.
