**SUMMARY OVERVIEW**
The Fuel Analyst III provides administrative and clerical support to the Accounting Department and all stations/locations. This role involves reviewing daily fuel entries from all locations and collaborating with fuel farm operators to resolve any errors. The successful candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent data entry skills, and a thorough knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Works with each station ensuring billings are entered in accordance with company policy
+ Assist in managing access to TCS HUB working out issues with platform company and making changes to system as business needs change
+ Trouble shoot non-working units when HUB reports problem
+ Assist in managing GSE inventory (tracking as well as PM management)
+ Review and approve customer invoices prior to delivery ensuring customers are billed properly (i.e....
