In this role, you will be part of the Site Leadership Team, reporting to the Plant Manager, and leading a team of 4 people while collaborating closely with the Global Quality function. You will be responsible for driving and continuously improving Food Safety, Quality, and Compliance (FSQ) standards across the site, ensuring all products meet customer, regulatory, and internal requirements while promoting a strong Safety First, Quality Always culture.
