Vacancy Description
- Lead BIM coordination forHVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Fire Fighting, and ELV services.
- Develop, review, and maintain coordinatedMEP BIM models usingAutodesk Revit MEP .
- Perform clash detection and coordination usingNavisworks Manage and resolve clashes with Architectural and Structural disciplines.
- Coordinate BIM activities with consultants, clients, architects, structural engineers, and subcontractors.
- Prepare coordinated shop drawings, builders' work drawings, sleeve drawings, and installation drawings.
- Ensure BIM models comply with project BIM Execution Plans (BEP), Level of Development (LOD), and company BIM standards.
- Conduct regular BIM coordination meetings and prepare clash detection reports.
- Review consultant comments and update BIM models accordingly.
- Generate schedules, BOQs, quantity take-offs, and drawing documentation from Revit models.
