Job Description
This Field Service Engineer role supports semiconductor equipment in the field by responding to customer service calls, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely resolution. The engineer is responsible for properly managing and maintaining company assets, including tools, test equipment, and traveling inventory, in line with company policies. Strong communication is key, as this person will promptly return customer messages and provide updates throughout the service process. The role also requires maintaining accurate records of all service work performed and completing both internal and customer documentation with a high level of quality and timeliness. Additionally, the engineer will participate in ongoing training and must successfully complete required courses with a passing score of 75% or higher.
