A luxury safari lodge situated in the renowned Sabi Sands is seeking a professional, guest-focused Front Office Lodge Anchor to join their hospitality team.
Minimum requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism or a related qualification
- 3 Years' experience in a Front Office, Guest Relations, Reception, or Lodge Anchor role within a luxury lodge or 4/5-star hospitality environment
- Exceptional guest service and communication skills
- Valid South African driver's license
- Own reliable transport (advantageous)
- Ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Basic computer literacy and experience in any hospitality systems ...
