Position Summary
We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Front Office Executive to manage reception and front desk operations efficiently. The role involves handling visitors, calls, office coordination activities, travel support, vendor coordination, and administrative assistance while ensuring a seamless workplace experience for employees and guests.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome clients, employees, visitors, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner.
Manage incoming and outgoing calls, issue stationery to employees, and support office events, training sessions, and seminars.
Handle visitor entries, gate passes, maintain visitor records, reception registers, and First Aid kit records.
Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with meeting arrangements while maintaining stock of office supplies.
Receive, track, and distribute incoming and outgoing couriers and official documents.
