Front of House Mananger

Minimum requirements: Proven experience in similar roles Oversee daily front-of-house operations Lead, motivate, and support the front-of-house team Deliver excellent customer service and guest experiences Maintain high service and presentation standards Handle customer queries and complaints professionally Communicate effectively with staff and management Resolve operational issues quickly and efficiently Maintain a hands-on approach during service Prepare and manage staff rosters and shifts Train and onboard new front-of-house staff Monitor stock and supplies Manage reservations and table allocations Ensure smooth service between the kitchen and front of house Reliable transport , prefereably own vehicle Consultant: Andri Joubert - Dante Personnel Greenstone
