This role is responsible for greeting clients and their pets, scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate medical records, handling phone inquiries, processing payments, and supporting client communication, including follow-up calls.

The ideal candidate has experience in the Veterinary field, strong knowledge of veterinary terminology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
