Vacancy Description
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Manage incoming calls and client appointments
- Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry and file management.
- Ensure the front desk area is organized and inviting.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Senior High School - College Undergraduate (at least 2 years of completion) or equivalent.
- Experience Level: 0-2 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Skills and Competencies:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. (Ability to converse in English language is a plus.)
