FRONT DESK ASSOCIATE (FDA)
The main job of a FDA at Casa Alondra Hotel Boutique & Restaurant Diego is to make sure guests have a great experience. This involves welcoming guests, helping with check‑ins and check‑outs, managing reservations, and addressing any questions or concerns guests may have. The front desk agent is the first person guests meet, and they work to create a friendly atmosphere and provide excellent service throughout the guests' stay.
Responsibilities
- Greeting / Check‑In: Welcome guests warmly, verify reservations accurately, and provide information about hotel amenities and services. During evening shifts, welcome restaurant clients, manage waiting lists, offer alternatives, and proactively communicate wait times.
- Check‑Out: Manage the checkout process, settle bills, ensure guest satisfaction, and handle any additional requests or services guests may require.
