Fresh to 1 year of experience can apply

Responsibilities
Manage front desk and welcome visitors professionally
Handle incoming calls, messages, and inquiries
Maintain visitor records and office coordination
Schedule meetings and assist with administrative tasks
Coordinate with internal departments when required
Ensure smooth day-to-day front desk operations
Skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to handle guests and office tasks efficiently
