Main Duties

• Safety and Security
  • Notify manager‑supervisor immediately for work‑related incidents or injuries.
  • Discern and rectify hazardous job methods or circumstances and relay them to management and security/safety staff.
  • Abide by safety and security directives to guarantee a spotless, secure, and protected atmosphere.
  • Adhere to property‑specific procedures during critical situations (evacuations, medical crises, natural calamities).
  • Maintain vigilance concerning unwanted individuals on property premises.
  • Observe policies for secure use and storage of gear, machinery, and tools.
  • Use appropriate gear and lifting techniques to prevent harm.
  • Successfully complete required safety training and obtain certifications.
