French-Speaking Test Lead – Strategy & Delivery

Inetum is seeking a Test Manager / Test Lead (French Speaker) to oversee the testing lifecycle for our Lisbon-based Test Centre. You will lead test strategy, design, planning, execution, and governance across multiple initiatives, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

The role requires ISTQB or equivalent certification, experience in Life Insurance or Banking domains, and strong leadership to coach cross-functional teams.
