Freelancer Contract & Compliance Manager (HR/Legal)

Dangote Industries Limited in Malaysia is seeking a contracts specialist to draft, review, and tailor agreements for freelancers and independent contractors with the help of AI tools. You will ensure compliance with local labour laws, manage onboarding and lifecycle administration in HR systems, and collaborate with Finance, Legal, Tax and business stakeholders to support contracting needs.
