Freelance Senior Project Manager - Events & Exhibitions (GCC)

Maestra, part of the Arena Group, is hiring a Freelance Senior Project Manager for short‑term UAE & KSA projects. You will lead planning, budgeting, procurement, and coordination across clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver complex exhibits and modular builds on time and within budget.

The role requires hands-on leadership, stakeholder management, and a track record of fast‑track, large‑scale projects across the GCC, with a focus on safety and quality standards.
