FRC Supervisor

Job Description for FRC Supervisor Requirements: . Ensure compliance with safety procedures and liaise with the FRC Engineer/Manager and Technicians to maintain efficiency in the Facilities Management Department and FRC. . Serve as the first point of contact for any unplanned occurrences or events. . Assign jobs, tasks, and Work Orders to Duty Technicians appropriately. . Submit daily reports generated from EFIRM by 0800 hrs. . Conduct daily toolbox meetings for staff. . Administer and control the issuance of passes and Permits to Work in FRC by contractors, verifying all documentation. . Collate data and facts for follow-up reports to the FRC Engineer/Manager. . Monitor and track operating parameters of various critical systems in accordance withthe checklist schedule (SKH-SOP-FRC-06, Annex D). . Ensure allfaults are captured in EFIRM maintain manual records during system downtime. . Update the status of outstanding Work Orders in EFIRM on a daily basis. . Maintain good housekeeping i...
