Franchise Manager

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and develop new franchise opportunities across Malaysia to support the company's expansion strategy.
• Source, engage, and manage potential franchise partners, investors, and business stakeholders throughout the franchise acquisition process.
• Lead franchise sales presentations, business negotiations, and commercial discussions to secure new franchise agreements.
• Manage the end-to-end franchise development cycle, from lead generation and qualification to contract signing and store opening.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify high‑potential locations, emerging market trends, and expansion opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees, landlords, property agents, and key business partners.
