**WHAT IS THE ROLE?**
The FP&A Manager is responsible for leading budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and strategic financial analysis for BTC. The role partners closely with business leaders to support decision-making, improve financial performance, and strengthen accountability across the organization.
**WHAT YOU'LL DO**
+ Lead the annual budget, quarterly forecast, and long-range planning processes.
+ Develop and maintain financial models for revenue, cost, capital expenditure, cash flow, and scenario analysis.
+ Prepare monthly management reports, including variance analysis, trend commentary, and performance insights.
+ Partner with operations, commercial, network, customer service, and shared services teams to support business planning and cost control.
+ Analyze business drivers, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend corrective actions.
