FP&A & Corporate Development Manager

MatchMove is seeking an FP&A & Corporate Development Manager to report directly to the CFO. The role supports equity and debt fundraising alongside other corporate development projects. The successful candidate will own the financial and documentary outputs that support critical business management and investment processes.

• Building and maintaining financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses and sensitivity analysis for board and investor use
• Data sourcing and cleaning to support financial analysis
• Running the FP&A cycle and producing decision‑informing analysis for presentation to the board
• Managing the cap table and administering the ESOP scheme
• Owning the data room and coordinating due diligence responses during live investment processes
• Supporting investor relations: producing board packs, shareholder updates, and fundraising preparation
