Role Overview

The FP&A Coordinator – Business Partner role at Coty Brazil plays a critical role in supporting strategic decision-making, ensuring strong financial governance, and driving performance management across the Consumer Beauty business.

Responsibilities

• Own and coordinate the end-to-end P&L planning for Consumer Beauty Brazil, including Budget, Forecast, and Strategic Plan.
• Lead financial analysis of actuals versus budget/forecast (up to C2), providing clear explanations of key variances by category and customer.
• Validate financial closing results (BMI), ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with corporate guidance.
• Manage and analyze COGS, including intercompany transactions, in close collaboration with Supply Chain and Global Finance teams.
