FP&A Analyst

Role Overview

Reporting to the Plant Finance Manager the FP amp A Analyst supports financial planning, forecasting, reporting and operational analysis for the E33 manufacturing plant. The role partners with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, HR and Accounting teams to provide financial insights, support decision making and drive business performance. Support the manufacturing plant’s budgeting, forecasting, profit planning and financial reporting processes. Analyze financial and operational performance, identifying key drivers, risks and improvement opportunities. Monitor manufacturing costs, inventory, productivity, margins and working capital performance to support business decisions. Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, HR and Accounting teams to provide financial insights and drive performance improvements.
