FP&A Analyst

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented FP& A Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and business performance analysis for a growing organization in Irvine, California. This role partners closely with finance leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver clear insights that guide budgeting, forecasting, and operational decision-making. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical ability, sound financial acumen, and the discipline to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities:
• Develop recurring monthly and quarterly financial reporting materials for management and executive stakeholders, including presentations used for leadership and Board review.
• Create and maintain reporting that compares actual results against budget and forecast, and summarize key variances, trends, and business drivers.
