Founding Senior Motion Designer — Shape Our Brand Motion

KAST is seeking a Senior Motion Designer who will define and own our motion identity from scratch, setting the standard for how the brand moves across films, product animations, and social content. This founding role emphasizes craft, timing, and a strong finish in every frame.

You'll work with the design team to push creative boundaries, lead 3D work in Cinema 4D and Unreal Engine, and bring ideas to life with a sharp editorial eye and fast iteration.
