Founding General Manager - Build & Lead Dementia Care Ops

Oval Care Pte Ltd is seeking a founding General Manager to be the operational heart of our dementia day care centre in Singapore. You will own day-to-day operations, regulatory compliance, and team development, shaping how we run and serve clients and families.

You will report to the CEO and build the centre from the ground up, recruiting, budgeting, policy design, and partnerships with MOH, vendors, and community partners. This is a builder role with impact from day one.
