Founding Engineer & Tech Lead — Equity from Day 1

La Fosse is seeking a Founding Engineer / Technical Lead based in London with a salary of £160,000 plus equity and bonus. This role is aimed at building a mobility infrastructure product from the ground up alongside the founder.

The ideal candidate will have strong backend system development experience, having previously overseen product development from inception to production. There is a focus on autonomy and making significant technical decisions as part of a growing team.
