Overview

At Composio, we are building infrastructure that allows agents to communicate with the tools you use for work, including GitHub, Gmail, Notion, and Salesforce. We are a small team of engineers wrangling problems from context to search to provide the most capable bridge between your agents and your tools. We raised a $25M Series A from Lightspeed with angel investors such as Guillermo Rauch (CEO of Vercel), Dharmesh Shah (CTO of HubSpot), and Gokul Rajaram. This year we tripled our ARR, and our customers range from YC batch startups to Wabi, Glean, Zoom, and many more.

Responsibilities

• Own the BDR function end‑to‑end: strategy, process, tooling, hiring, and day‑to‑day execution.
• Carry a personal pipeline quota in addition to team targets—lead from the front, not the whiteboard.
• Build and iterate the outbound playbook: ICP definition, sequencing, messaging, channel mix, and account prioritization.
