Founders Office Associate

Role Overview We are looking for a highly driven and detail-oriented Associate – Founder's Office to work closely with the leadership team on finance, compliance, operational strategy, and business planning initiatives. This role offers direct exposure to business decision-making and organizational growth. The individual will be responsible for building financial models, managing P&L, preparing investor materials, forecasting business performance, and driving data-backed decision-making across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Own end-to-end financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual financial projections. Prepare management dashboards and MIS reports for leadership review. Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable business insights. Monitor key financial and operational KPIs.
