Founder's Associate to Chief of Staff (SaaS Ops)

RemotelyTalents is seeking a Founder's Associate (Chief of Staff Track) to work closely with the CEO of an AI-native search and merchandising software company. This role offers exposure to all parts of an early-stage SaaS business and a clear path toward Chief of Staff or operations leadership.

You will attend leadership and customer meetings, help prepare agendas and follow-ups, manage calendars and inboxes, and coordinate cross-team efforts to ensure decisions become action.
