Founder's Associate Intern

Join a fast‑moving AI startup in Zürich as a Founder’s Associate: a high‑responsibility, hands‑on role working directly with the founders. You’ll be a generalist problem‑solver, helping us scale product, sales, and operations while getting an inside view of company‑building.

Responsibilities

• Drive go‑to‑market projects and help bring our software to customers
• Set up and own scalable internal operations processes
• Research, apply for, and secure grants and other non‑dilutive funding
• Run market research and deep dives to guide product and strategy
• Lead recruiting efforts and support onboarding of new hires
• Jump into whatever challenge moves the company forward

Qualifications

• Have a semi‑technical background or strong intuition for AI and software
• Strong Excel/Slide skills
