About the Role
You will be the CEO's force multiplier, absorbing whatever the company needs next. One week it's a market-research deep dive, the next it's mapping a hiring process, prepping board materials, or fixing an operational bottleneck. This search also covers the classic executive‑assistant layer, so you'll be the one person handling both the strategic work and the CEO's day to day, rather than splitting it across two hires.
